Cancellation Policy

Online Store Purchase:

I hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you change your mind you can cancel your order at any time before dispatch by emailing me (Emma) at info@MuMe.ie, just let me know your order number.

Most orders at MuMe.ie are made to order and therefore can not be refunded after shipping/dispatch has taken place.

If your order is incomplete, incorrect or faulty please contact me (Emma) at info@MuMe.ie within 7 days of receiving the order and I will be happy to sort it.

Workshop/Event Purchase:

I am a small business and unfortunately I can not offer refunds for workshops/events if you can not make it for any reason. 

If I cancel or reschedule a workshop for any reason you are entitled to a full refund or if you prefer you can use the ticket for any other workshop valued at the same cost.

Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers can not be refunded and a valued for 18 months after purchase.
